Bug Description
Core supports adding relations multiple times to requirerers. Gui doesn't by default because its potentially confusing to new users. However for advanced users juju should support an optional behavior when creating relations to allow for multiple requirer relations.

Thanks, this is interesting. We'll need to evaluate how we'd expose this in a way that made sense to users and was clear. We might also need to decide if this is something where we really need future parity with core or if this is something that power users fall back to the cli for. It'd be interesting to investigate what charms support this type of interaction.
