Bug Description
The new clock UI has a gesture to swipe from the top to add a new city. Yesterday I spent like an hour doing exploratory testing for the app and didn't find this feature. I've just found it today by mistake.
I think the app needs a way to hint the users that they can swipe down to add cities. Specially because this is a gesture not used on any other app.

New design will have add city at the bottom of the list.
That will improve discoverability
