[clock] "Today" and "No time difference" a weird thing to communicate

Bug Description
When you're in the same time zone as one of the cities you selected, it says "No time difference", if it has to say anything (does it?) it should probably say "Current time zone" or "Same time zone" or so.
"Today", being default for most cases, shouldn't be displayed either.

I agree with Sawicz's suggestion. I updated the spec
