Bug Description

I am unable to run or install pure QML+JS Projects on a real device and the emulator. When I try running the application on the device or emulator, I get the following error message,

[00:00:24] Started /usr/share/qtcreator/ubuntu/scripts/qtc_device_run_app_click
[00:00:25] /home/krnekhelesh/Documents/Ubuntu-Projects/Flashback/com.ubuntu.developer.nik90.flashback_0.4.1_all.click has been created.

The emulator was running image #113 while the real device was running #116. This is required for proper testing of applications on devices.

Can we have a sample qml project, cmake project, web apps etc ready so that manual tests can be done whenever newer release of qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu, ubuntu-sdk are done to avoid failures like this. Looking at the bug reports, it seems there are several similar to this issue in the past which have been fixed after being reported. May be the manual tests might help preventing these failures in the first place.

This looks more like a ssh issue on your machine than an actual bug.
Please delete all ubuntudevice* ssh keys from your ~/.ssh directoy
(make sure to not delete your real ssh keys)

We have changed how device keys are created and after cleaning
up the directory the error should not happen again.

Probably you have to reboot or at least restart the ssh agent in order
to remove the keys from memory.

Thanks that did the trick. I killed the ssh-agent and spawned a new one after removing all the ubuntudevice* ssh keys.
