CMake projects do not provide syntax autocompletion

Bug Description
When opening a ubuntu qmlproject, code auto completion of ubuntu components work as expected. However when opening a Cmake project, the ubuntu components are underlined with red and also do not provide code auto completion. It is rather tedious to keep referring to the docs to ensure that the components have been spelled correctly.
