Can't look right now, but what's the reason this can't go to Debian first and get autosynced?

Because fcitx-qimpanel isn't ready for non-indicator notifications, i.e. no notification area support. So they are not going to be introduced to Debian in the mean time.

Looks good to me, I'm going to upload it in a bit.
