Use of gksudo in Xubuntu documentation

Bug Description

Presently, under the "Manually installing a scanner" section, in chapter 7, the instructions reads like this:

"Install the libsane-extras package
Press Alt+F2, type gksudo mousepad /etc/sane.d/dll.conf into the box and click Launch to open the SANE driver file for editing..."

Since gksudo is no longer packed with Xubuntu, this instruction has to be rewritten according to that fact.

Since the decision to drop gksudo ultimately comes from Ubuntu, we should simply look what their proposed alternative is, and start using that in documentation.

This has been committed in the docs and is ready to be uploaded, I have prepared an upload to trusty.

Awesome, thanks for all the contributors! I've prepared a packaging branch upload from what Unit 193 had in his PPA, ie. bzr134 from lp:xubuntu-docs.

I also did a merge proposal of the pedantic sort to sync trunk's changelog with what's in the archives (https://code.launchpad.net/~timo-jyrinki/xubuntu-docs/pedantic_sync_changelog_from_archive/+merge/206150).

I tested the xubuntu-docs via my own build at https://launchpad.net/~timo-jyrinki/+archive/ppa/+sourcepub/3911816/+listing-archive-extra, and it looked good.
