Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Fix build failure with new texinfo.
  * Fix build failure with new texinfo.
  * Link with -lm.
  * Link with -lm.
  * Rebuild for new armel compiler default of ARMv5t.
  * Rebuild for new armel compiler default of ARMv5t.

Debian has merged Ubuntu changes.
