Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Use dh_autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} for AArch64.
The upstream release is now new enough to have the config files support AArch64 anyway

I'm happy to sync, but wouldn't it make sense to have the change in Debian anyway, so we just need a no-change rebuild in the future?
