Sync ktp-accounts-kcm 0.7.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

md5sum of tar doesn't match, is that significant?

This would need to be fakesynced.

What I'm just a bit surprised about is the following:

Comparing ./kde-config-telepathy-accounts_0.7.0-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb and /home/daniel/pbuilder/trusty_result/kde-config-telepathy-accounts_0.7.0-1_amd64.deb
[The following lists of changes regard files as different if they have
different names, permissions or owners.]

It's probably the kde version of the time. I really need to get one of the
kubuntu guys to help me sync everything
