Bug Description
Here is the error produced by trying to install dropping letters in 12.04:
$ sudo apt-get install dropping-letters
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Not sure if I should keep going trying to manually install each package it tells me I am missing, but this missing dependency problem is not really making installing touch-coreapps easy:
$ sudo apt-get install touch-coreapps

Israel, sorry for the delay, as we're working across all core apps, we need to prioritize the tasks, and as our focus is to release 13.10 with a 1.0 version of all core apps, 12.04 is currently not a high priority.
We've had a few changes recently, can you still reproduce the problem?
