Bug Description

The 'Security & Privacy' panel (in 13.04 and earlier, it was called 'Privacy') is the only built-in System Settings panel that isn't covered in Ubuntu Help.

You could probably use https://help.gnome.org/users/gnome-help/stable/privacy.html as a starting point although the Ubuntu panel is quite a bit different.

@Gunnar. Can I create a page to document the Security & Privacy panel? It will be quite short. The main point of the page will (hopefully) be to add a small amount of useful info that isn't obvious from the tabs and the info on them. I'll just be covering the Security & Privacy panel, I won't be attempting to cover security and privacy in general.
